# Pricing

Every audit starts with a free snapshot of your store. If you want every check, the fixes and a plan, the full report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

## Free snapshot: $0

Score and grade. Six dimension scores. Top 3 findings with evidence. PDF by email.

## Full report: $249 one time

All 25 checks with evidence. Fixes ranked by impact, with Shopify steps. A 90-day plan. Cart and checkout tests with your authorization. One re-scan within 60 days to confirm your fixes.

## Full report + competitor benchmark: $449 one time

Everything in the full report. Side-by-side scores for up to 3 competitor stores you choose. Two re-scans within 90 days.

## How to buy a report

Enter your store's address on the [home page](https://glassaisle.com/) to run the free audit. The snapshot arrives by email in about 5 minutes, and that email links to the order page for the full report. Payment goes through Stripe, in US dollars.

## Re-scans

A full report includes one re-scan within 60 days, and the benchmark report two within 90 days, so you can confirm your fixes. Once those are used or their time has passed, another re-scan costs $49.

## Refunds

If a report isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery. This applies once per store, and we refund what you paid minus Stripe's processing fee, about $7.52 on the full report with a US card. If we can't deliver a paid report within 24 hours, we refund you in full automatically. The [terms](https://glassaisle.com/terms) have the details.
