How to buy a report
Enter your store's address on the home page to run the free audit. The snapshot arrives by email in about 5 minutes, and that email links to the order page for the full report. Payment goes through Stripe, in US dollars.
Re-scans
A full report includes one re-scan within 60 days, and the benchmark report two within 90 days, so you can confirm your fixes. Once those are used or their time has passed, another re-scan costs $49.
Refunds
If a report isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery. This applies once per store, and we refund what you paid minus Stripe's processing fee, about $7.52 on the full report with a US card. If we can't deliver a paid report within 24 hours, we refund you in full automatically. The terms have the details.
